 Hey everyone!

Thought I'd share what I have so far with my Dust Warfare project…

I'll have more coming soon… but please let me know what you think.

I'd like to apply some weathering effects at some point… but I kind of like the clean look… not sure.

 Very nice!

I'd weather it up, but that's just because I prefer to think of my units as hard-core veterans of multiple campaigns. But hey, even hard-core types will take a brand new walker off the assembly line if given one, so to each their own.

Thanks Shadow4ce! So I am working on the weathering effects, but its a bold new territory for me… so its taking some time.

I did get a chance to paint up my command unit!

Excellent work, Man! Nice highlighting.

I still have to paint my command troop. Wuz thinking of changing the head of the Command commander to one wearing a helmet and maybe changing his pose a bit. That figure always seemed off to me.

 Thanks Lotus!

Heres my new favorite walker…

Playing with AK's light rust a little more… used it a little more sparingly on this model. I think I'm going to pick up the medium rust pigment and darken some areas up more.

I also tried a bit of dry brush sponge for battle damage, paint chipping. I think it came off pretty well for my first attempt.

Very nice models.  I love that Heinrich, great job on it so far.

The rust effect looks really good.

That's something I'm still working on. You did some things w/ it I'm going to try now.
