Tactics vs Warfare stats

Is there a way to convert Tactics stats to Warfare stats? Specifically…for some of the special models that come from Dust Models.com…I'd like to use them in Warfare, but they come with Tactics cards. The stats look close…but aren't quite.
Ideas?

From what i have seen the stats are easy to transfer from DT to DW but it's the AP cost for the unit that is going to be the biggest problem, personally I am absolutely loving the "Otto", "Nachtjager" and the "Konigslothar" and these will all in time be added to my fledgeling axis army but it is hard to actually think what their point cost is going to be.
