Just a small one, but Page 57, under the Ratling's suggested advances, 'Eye of Vengeance' is spelled 'Eye of Vngeance"

What is the starting psykers Psy rating? Starting talents indicates a pool of points worth of starting powers but no indication of the starting rate.

Okay, should be in Chapter II:
Shouldn't the Elysians receive Weapon Training (SP)?
Also The Vostroyans seem to get a lot of Talents…

Most characters seem to be unable to communicate….perhaps all Regiments or Specialties should be given:
Linguistics: Low Gothic!

It doesn't say whether Storm Troopers get just Carapace, or Storm Trooper Carapace. I mean, yeah, logic, but it says Carapace Armour. And there isn't even a piece of equipment like that, since regular carapace is in pieces.

page 70 talks of Table 3–20: Example Female Names, there is no Table 3-20.

Under Creating a Comrade there is mention of Table 3-20 (female names) & 3-21 (demeanors). There are 2 Table 3-19s now, which appears to handle both circumstances to some degree - names and demeanors.

Due to the special nature of the zygotes that make up a Space Marine's geneseed, all Space Marines are male. - Deathwatch, Core Rulebook, Page 28.
So enough with the Female Marine threads…
Storm Trooper should start with Good Craftsmanship Storm Trooper Carapace, not Carapace Armor (which isn't even an armor set).
