Vehicle sizes

This is somthing that has come to my attention recently, there is no mention of the actual sizes of any vehicle. This issue has appeared more than once (Blast weapon scattering toward a tank, using a chimera as cover, firing over a tank, ect…) I was wondering what a good call would be for this.

Also when a vehicle uses a jink to avoid a blast weapon does the vehicle have a move (much like a character dodging) if so how far should the vehicle move?
