Ok, I've been asking this question for a couple of games around the forums. So, How long to play dust? Including setup and tear down, with a game or two under your belts. For 2, 3, 4, more players?

I just played a 4 player game that took 40 minutes for setup and 2 hours to play. I was rusty on the rules and explaing it to someone new. Normally I think people can do setup in 10-15 minutes. Its pretty quick, particularly if you have a box or bin for each army (cuts down on the unit sorting).

I agree. My friends and I started playing Dust a few months ago and for the third game it tooks 20 minutes to set up and 2 hours for a 4 player game. Sometimes we reduce the victory points if the game extends a lot.
