tournament organizer questions

My local store got their league kits in and i want to sign up to be a tournament organizer to run the events there but i cant find how to do that.

Tell the store you want to do it. That is all. There is nothing you need to do on FFG site or anything to become a TO.

Obviously, you need to familiarize yourself with the rules, tournament rules and FAQ. But unless you want to organize a big tournament with support from FFG, you don't need to ask them permission.
