Is the original Cyberpunk 2020 Netrunner compatible with Android Netrunner?

I have a ton of original Cyberpunk 2020 netrunner cards, and I was wondering if it is compatible with FFG's Android version?

Nope. Some mechanics are different, and wouldn't back-port correctly.

It's kind of confusing, many people might not know that there are two different out-of-print Cyberpunk CCG's.

There was the original Netrunner game by WotC, with source material licensed from R. Talsorian's Cyberpunk 2020.  This game is the basis of the new Android : Netrunner.  The mechanics are largely the same, but there will be some of the old cards that will not work quite right, will cause rules issues, or will be under or over powered in the new setting.

There was also a Cyberpunk CCG, by Social Games, that came out about 10 years ago, based on the same source material.  That game is totally different and not really compatible.  If that's the one you're thinking of, the answer is "no".

So is there a list of cards that will and will not work with this version of Netrunner?

For organized play, none of them.

For casual play, the power/cost/strength/points ratios will be a little off and may not match the game well. I'm inclined to say that NONE work well, but at a minimum you should avoid using things that rely on traces or bad publicity, because those mechanics have changed drastically.
