I have to keep stumbling my way to it. According to the "You are here:" It's FFG Forums / General / The FFG Website / The FFG Community Wizard Open Beta. But if you start at Community/General--it's not there.
For that matter finding the Wizard isn't that easy either except going to the home page and finding the link in the article about it.

It is under Fantasy Flight Games and then under The FFG Website. Took me some hunting to find it as well.
