DH to OW Conversion

ok got a DH party that never got of the ground that seams coustom made to convert to OW, but I missed the Beata due to Cash issues, the party all rolled Guard characters, and a late joiner selected a Militant Cleric, but the game was put on indefenate hold before the first session. how hard would it be to convert the following characters

Noble with: BS Upgrade, WS Upgrade, Awerness, Throwen Weapons (Primitive), back story is he is a Cedet Officer rushed in to service as he was at the top of hs class and had compleated all the requiered Credits, he has the Mk IV pistol, the Cool Coat and a Flack Peaked Cap. favors Pistols and Close Quaters fighting

Schola Progenium with/ BS Upgrade, WS Upgrade, Awerness, Throwen Weapons (Primitive). Character is all but a Storm Trooper (for a 1st ranks character), even droped all her Cash on upgrading to a HellGun.

Imp World Tranch War Vet with/ BS upgrade, Awerness, Throwen Weapons (Primitive), has a Armagedon Auto Gun (with a fire selector to increase clip capasaty) and a good supply of Manstopers and isn't afraid to use them.

Feral with/ BS Upgrade, Awerness, Basic Weapons (SP), Throwen Weapons (Primitive). has upgraded to a Long Las with Scope & Fire Selector (but can't afford extra clips yet. Character is a Scout/Sniper if you couldn't gess.

and there is the Imp world Cleric (Fraters Milita) with/ Fellowship upgrade, Comman Lore (War), Basic Weapons (Las), Pistol Weapons (Las). was going to be played as an Army Preacher, even upgraded his Kit to match Guard Standrds.

so how much work woul it take to convert them over? just put the current info on to the OW sheets or woulf you recomend rebuilds?

their Home World is a Imp World with a siginifant Feral backwater (that is larger than the Urbanised Imp World part).

Oho the Schola Progenium "Storm Trooper" has a very comisar in training vibe, and the Tranch war vet has a very Sechhial Weapons Opperator feal to him.

Schola: Storm Trooper. This one was easy.

Tranch Vet: Heavy Gunner with a heavy stubber.

Feral: Weapon Specialist with a long-las.

There were all pretty simple. I don't really see the issue but I'm glad to have helped.

Actualy the Noble is a Juinor Officer want to be, the Schola has Comisariate asperations building her way up through Stoprmtrooper.

But it looks like it may have to be Rebuilds, perhaps with minimal re-concepting

What about hte Cleric? or is he one for the Suplements?  if so and this dose get up onece I find a copy of OW should I have him go with his Alt character (clerics then to have short life expectancies in our DH games) a Psyker.
