mostly looking for a reply from someone from FFG
lets say i purhase a ticket to this awesome looking event and cause of circumstances im unable to attend it whatever the reason may be. Do i get my money back ? do u get the promotional items shipped to your home addres ?

I'd suggest emailing FFG directly (using the Contact tab at the bottom of the page). FFG usually doesn't respond to post in the forums.
