I cracked open my set and usually what I like to do is I go through the contents just to make sure all the components are available. According to the information leaflet there are supposed to be 165 cards with the following breakdown:

• 2 Hero Cards
• 33 Player Cards
• 116 Encounter Cards
• 14 Quest Cards

For all the other cards the numbers check out but I can only find 13 Quest Cards. When I go onto cardgamedb.com or lotrlcg.com and do a search for quest cards for the Khazad-dum expansion, it also indicates that are only 13 cards.

So am I missing a card or not?

Please help to clarify this.

I believe that you have the right number of cards, and that the list in the box is in error.

Thanks for clearing that up. I thought that I would have to notify FFG and start the process of letting them know that I had a card missing and then get the proof of purchase stamp, etc, etc.

Just to clarify (I posted in haste this morning): I think that there are 117 encounter cards (not 116 as listed), and 13 quest cards (not 14 as listed) - so the same total number of cards overall. Other people found the same: www.boardgamegeek.com/thread/747608/of-cards-error
