Mark of Tzeentch and being a bound psyker

Hi,
Having recently gained the mark, for my sins, I came across the Soul-Bound trait, which covers psykers having their souls bond to a higher being, such as the Emperor. The trait has various effects, but I'm wondering do pcs gain this trait when becoming bound psykers due to gaining the mark.

No. You only count as a bound psyker for the effects of psychic strength, you don't get the soul-bound trait.
