Hiyas!
A sample Renegade Archetype from the CE, one Rictor Kaeso (!) boasts the following Talents:
Combat Sense, Deadeye Shot, Disarm, Heavy Weapon Training (SP), Hip Shooting, Jaded, Quick Draw, Rapid Reaload, Weapon Training (Chain, Las, Primary, SP, Bolt).
No Weapon Training (Bolt) or Weapon Training (Shock).
Perhaps a possible answer to the Talents' questions for this Archetype?

What is his gear? Does he have a Bolt Weapon? If he does give him the talent, if he doesn't do what ever you want. Does he have a Shock Weapon? See previous.
