Using Reanimated and American Made to help from boosted speed decks.

And Victor to constantly block with the American Made..

I wont  be able to fully make the deck for a while, its a work in progress deck, any comments are always welcome..

It's actually a great concept!  My suggestion is to somehow fit in a set of at least 3 Chain Of Command.  That way you're not only blocking, you're also punishing them for blocking by discarding possibly their entire hand!

if your goin 2 block with american made over and over again i suggest finding a way 2 make it any zone like light on ones foot or some other way im not 100% sure of what cards in you resources would do that

The promo card Realm of Midnight would make american made a 0 dif block. Good catch on American made and Victor, now to find room in my deck for it.
