Is the bonus paid per item sold or only for the entire load no matter how many are sold?

Say there are 2 demand tokens for one item, are you have 3 items to sell. First one sold gets both bonuses, they you remove 1token. Second one sold gets the remaining bonus, third would be sold at normal value.
