How many players ?
Published on 19 September 2012 - 04:05:37

Can someone please explain to me, whats the minimum number of players for this game ?

I was really happy when i saw that it was for 1-4 (I usually play solo games) but now the box art states 2-4 and the description states 1-4.

If i understand correctly , there is a solo variant with challenges you can play. The full weight of the game takes effect at 2 players…

Is this variant relevant for the FFG or clasic sides of the board?

It applies to the ffg side of the board as it uses some type of mission cards that you have to complete.

again, i could be mistaken . Untill we get to see it.. You know the drill

Now that the game/rules are out, can anyone explain to me, in which of the 2 games is the solo variant available?

Does it cut down a lot from the game mechanic?

The solo game uses the Standard (FFG) game rules.  I would not say it cut down the game mechanic; instead, it changes some game mechanic to reduce the market randomness, and introduce the concept of Fame to count in determining the final victory.
