Sure it is. Well...maybe not for SC Yoshi, but in Tekken Yoshi it sure as Hell is. In Tekken, Yoshi's Hell-bent on revenge, and is at least relatively fast. In SC, his stage is Mount Fuji - LAVA Bed.
But I'm still waiting for my Chaos Yoshimitsu =/
