UPDATE!
Today I finally finished the hard design work of all pages of the pdf file! It might need a last spellcheck but for now it is ready to be published as a nice complete product of the effords of all my helpers and countless hours of work! Behold, here we go (whopping 69mb full of descent 2.ed.)!

Update:
I finalized a PDF file with all the custom content of the Supply Threat:
The Silken Threads Supply
I created also an Artscow Album, but be aware on legal issues with FFG!
Artscow - The Silken Threads
At this forum isn't yet a homebrew section, but still, I wanted to share my work in progress!
I making a new campaign for the basic game including the conversion kit monsters.
The Silken Threads!
Background Story:
Last Night at the local tavern of Forge you had a blast of a drinking party! That party escalated in a great brawl, that made the innkeeper throw you out of the location. Drunken you slept in the haystacks with three other booze buddies. The very next morning a heavy hangover wished you a good morning! You and your buddies ordered some food and water for breakfast and as you eat you listened to the crowd around you. Whispers about Rumors of the Southeast you heard - The City of Vynelvale lays in danger you heard. In its surrounding mountains dozen of Spiders and other Monsters poured out of caverns into the plains and roads around the city. Traveling isn't save anymore there!
You look at your booze buddies and realize that they are no ordinary townsfolk. They look more like adventures who could need some coins. So you shout out: "Hey fellas - this calls for business! Lets Ride Southeast to Vynelvale and gather some bounty! How that sounds?"
And so you are riding with three companions somewhere near noon towards the far destiny…

Wow! I checked and it looks cool! I hope you will be able to finish it, as I will want to play it with my group.
Nice work!

Today I will finish all Act 2 Maps. Questtexts will be added soon too.

I've been casually following this thread on BGG for a little while now, and I'm really very impressed with all the work you've done so far. I look forward to seeing it completed (and hopefully uploaded in a single easy-to-download package. =P)
Good show!

Thanks!
As soon the Finales are posted and Questtexted, I intend to do a Pdf File or something similar to create a Questbooklet. I am not too good with PDF filing but maybe I can get some template/help from Adam Sadler.
Any Ideas, Suggestions, Spellchecking etc. is welcome.
I host also already 2 Pbf Campaigns to playtest further the campaign. More people requested to test it, so I might start another PBF campaign soon. So if you are interested, join in!

Really awesome work!
What are you using to create the maps? Is it something I can download? (I'm creating something that might work out really cool for my players as well but I am so far from completion and anything that would speed up the process would be awesome!).

I'm not sure what he's using, but Tile System is a favourite of mine. I haven't seen a D2E tile set for it yet, but it's easy enough to make your own if you can't find one.

Any link for that?

Here's a link to Tile System version 3.0.4.
http://bedgell.com/shawn/kneedeep/tilesystem.htm
I have a copy of 3.0.6 which I can share directly if you prefer, but I couldn't find an active link to that version online. (I don't remember what's been changed since 3.0.4.) 3.0.6 is the most recent version of the program I'm aware of, and has been for several years now. =P
I've seen tile sets for Doom, Descent 1E (not including SoB, not that there were many tiles in that one anyway), Space Hulk (new and old) and TI3. I'm planning to make a tile set for Descent 2E if I don't see one from someone else in the not too distant future.

That would be awesome!
Can you send me your msn or something privately so I can get that latest version?
Friend request sent. Anyone else who wants it, please just send me a friend request directly. I don't want to hijack Morthai's awesome homebrew campaign thread just to distribute a freeware mapping tool that's been out there for years now. =P
Speaking of which, has there been any new progress on the campaign, Morthai?
I've seen you running more than a few PBEM games over on BGG. How's the playtesting going?
