Stand together against an ancient evil
I haven't seen this yet so I thought I would put out a big thank you, for what so far has been an awesome game. My group of friends and I have played D1 from the start and have all the expansions. We loved that game, but struggled with game balance. I picked up 2nd edition, hoping for a fix. Needless to say I am extremely happy with it. Having played overlord in both versions I much prefer 2nd edition, as I now have my own goals to accomplish rather than just slow down the heroes.
So again thank you for putting out another great board game. I can't wait for future expansions, but am still loving the base game.

Agreed. I'm sure FFG hears lots of complaints and questions everyday. But I also want to add my thanks. Great game. Both editions.
Who needs poker when you've got DESCENT? Afterall, cigar smoke works well with dragons.
