Have we had any word on whether we will need one deck or both LS and DS for tournaments?

You will need both if I'm not mistaken. I didn't play in the tournament at World's, but I think a round consists of two games versus the same opponent.

It would make sense to do a best of 3 back and forth with the person winning the initial roll deciding which faction he/she will start with.
