Completed wave 1 and pre-ordered most of wave 2. Core set 3 or 1 xwing and 2 tie expansions?

Hello!

I need some opinions on my next buy.

Curently I own

2x core sets,1 xwing exp, 2 tie/fgh expansions, 2 Y wing expansions ,1 tie advance. Pre ordered 3 interceptors and on my next pre-order I am planing on buying the millenium, slave 1, 2 A wings, 1 xwing expansion, and one more interceptor. Thing is the shipping would cost as much as 1 core set and if I pick the core set I get free shipping.

So now that I have all that… What would be better? 1 core set or 1 xwing and 2 more tie fighter expansions?

Thanks!

If you pick the 3 expansion option you are gaining 1 astromech that can only be found in the x-wing expansion. If you pick the Core you get extra templates/astaroids/dice/damage deck.

If it was me I would say that the extras in the core set would be worth more then the astromech and I would pick that option. If money is tight  I would go with the cheaper of the two options that would get you your free shipping since you already have 2 Core sets.

A third core set is the best buy. I never thought I would need three but it became very apparent if I wanted to play Imps. The only thing I haven't bought three of is the X-wing expansion and I plan on remanding after the wave 2 stuff comes out.

  • 4 X-wing
  • 3 Y-wing
  • 3 A-wing
  • 1 YT-1300
  • 9 TIE fighters
  • 3 TIE Adv.
  • 3 TIE Intercepter
  • 1 Firespray 31
