I would trade Vader's marksmanship for Swarm Tactics.
I am not sold on Marksmanship. Yes it is a little better than focus, but it also costs 3 points. Focus is free. Vader with Swarm Tactics means that one more of you TIES will likely have his skill of 9 for the combat phase. You opponant will not be happy when you 12 point Academy Pilot shoots before Luke.
