I have been sitting on the edge on getting involved in this game. I live fairly close to the event, just possibly looking for more local players to practice before the event.

Not sure if I'll go to the event. If I do, it would be as an observer, and to check out my buddy Jared (fellow host of Cardboard of the Rings!) since I believe he'll be there playing.
Either way, I'd be up for a game! I live in St. Paul!

Roseville is a sorta suburb of St. Paul, MN. God, I SHOULD go; I live in flippin' Austin, likely less than two hours away! Dog Solitude and I have talked about going to the FFG headquarters there.

I entertained thoughts about going. After all, it's only $25 to enter, right? But then I realized that 10 hours away means upwards of $150 in gas money. Yeah…not gonna happen.
Some people play to win. I play because it's one of the few ways to fly an X-wing here on Earth!
