That's the email they have sent out recently. I posted the whole email the other day in response to your question Illuvatar, but I assume it didn't allow the post because I included the "Sincerely FFG blah blah" at the bottom of the email.

 I have received this mail, thanks... I'm french and my english sucks, so i don't always understand all of what it's said ... :/

 I've just received my new Boardgame. Thanks a lot and very good job !!!!

Just wanted to add, I recently got the game, noticed the warped game board, sent a single email to parts replacement @ FFG and in just over a week I received the replacement.  Really impressed with their customer service and quick turn-around time.  I created this account just to express my satisfaction. :)

 Wow, I didn't even realize you could request a replacement board. This is great news, and I just submitted my request today. Thanks for the info!
