How much players can play GoT 2nd edition?

Hello,
The major game GoT is for 5 players.
The first expansion is for 6 players.
The second expansion is made for 4 players.
Indeed it’s not fair for all players to play on the normal map with fewer players then the map is made for.
But how will it be in the second Edition of GoT. Will there be different Maps for all three versions (for example on the backside of the map), so that i can even make 4 Player Round without playing on the 6 player map? Or do i have to buy all three first edition games if i want to have different maps for different numbers of players?
How long will it takes to translate this game in german when the game is buyable in english?
