Just read the second part "Lies of Solace" and I give it a thumbs up…

I bought Lies of Solace along with a Warhammer novel and ended up not being able to put Lies down. I thought some of the descriptions were great, including a gate opening, a spawned monster, and sanity slowly being shredded from the characters.

I hope FFG is making some money off of these things. I want more of them.

The last 60 pages were a "Don't put Down"It is odd that the book was basically stand alone having nothing in common with Dance of The Damned. As Solace ends with 3 loose ends I trust the 3rd book will tie things together.

this Dwarf's tale nears told.
Now extract their cruel tax,
the stone grows cold..cold...cold
