I'm going to update and add to the Fan RPG I already but together for Dust.
If anyone knows anywhere I can get access to more fluff information on the background, other than the currently published Dust boardgames, but publicly available, let me know. I'll be tinkering with it this week and have an update for you soonish.

Operation SeeLowe has the most background fluff, then you have the official Paolo Parente Dust SOurcebook, but you need to take it with a bit of suspicion as it was obviously outdated a long time ago. Then you have the comics, which as far as plot, characterization and background info can and should largely be ignored. Dust Modeling Volume 1 is available in English it may help as well. It has a few background stories. Operation Cyclone and Operation Blue Thunder have basic fluff in regards to the units in the respective releases.
