Very First Painting Experience
Published on 29 September 2012 - 15:08:11

Hi there, Dust Fans.
I'm kinda new to miniature painting. And wonder if someone could give me advice regarding miniatures i've painted.

And a little conversion

Thanx

Looking good.  I don't think there's too much advise you need.  I assume your not done with the basing on the conversion.  A lot of people would say you need more weathering on the walkers, but I think they look good.  More importantly, do you like them?  That's the one opinion that really matters.

They look good. All I would say is base them up, hit them with some gloss then dull coat and get them on the board.

That's a really good start to say the least.

As other members pointed out, a coat of Dullcoat (mate varnish) would be a nice touch.

Other than that, I you feel it, you could try adding more depth with some highlight (drybrushing).

Good job!  I like the tray of sand you used to make a mini diorama.
