Dust Tactics - Axis - Untoter Strafgefangenentrupp 2 und 6

Moin Moin,

finished two Zombie squads yesterday. To apply the decals I used a decale setting solution from Micro-Sol. First you apply the decal with pure water, and after drying you can dip drops of Micro-Sol on the decale, let it dry again an the decal will fit perfect to all the uneven surfaces.

The blood is a mix of Tamiya Clear Red paint, glue, and a drop of black paint.

I hope you like it.

Happy painting...

What kind of glue did you use in the blood?  Looks like you got a nice clotty drip going on there.

The glue is "UHU Alleskleber" (german product) Check out this nice tutorial from jarhead.

My first plan was to make more ugly strings from the fists to the base, but on the second thought that will broke if u play with the minis. So i just play around with this stuff and make some tiny strings.

If you use a matt varnish to seal the mini, apply some gloss varnish on the blood later.

Great work. I'm really enjoying the different styles everyone has; all cool but so different.
