 I really like your Recon Grenadiers. Did you try to pair most of the units to look like the box pictures?

I tried to paint the recon squad somewhat like the exemplar but I did a bit less weathering on them.

 They all look good, and I can see that your heavies are going to be awesome. 

Have you tried giving manfred a small black point on the eye?:D Couse now he looks kind of mad scary:D I had a hell of a problem with that on the TB bold guy so i know how much pain in the ass those eyes are.. I very like the hvy laser granadier scheme:)

These guys are my current favorites as they managed to take out a Punisher in 1 round much to the surprise of my opponent.

 I do love my Lasers. Anyways here is my freshly painted Heavy Kommandotrupp I mostly copied the premium paint but I think they came out well.
