Irregular Card widths on Mission Pack #1 ?

I know the POD cards can be slightly different in color, but these cards seem to be of varying widths. I'm using FFG "green" sleeves. Some fit easily, some were quite difficult to insert. Didn't have this trouble with the "Mansions of Madness" POD, or the POD cards for "Space Hulk". Anyone else notice this?
