Nature of the Warp phenomenons in galaxy question.
Published on 24 April 2012 - 08:29:36

So I’m not sure if this has been discussed but I wanted to see what you guys/gals think. I was thinking is it out of the realm of possibility that all the warp phenomenons in galaxy are linked together like warp gates. Meaning a warband could enter the screaming vortex and come out the eye of terror. I feel that with the nature of the warp this is possible and would explain how the different legions have spread throughout the galaxy. Is there any cannon to support this or is this just best left as a home brew fluff►

Sounds reasonable, but you need to remember that almost anything is possible where the warp is concerned, so it is entirely possible.

There are allusions to that very idea in the book.

Looted Void Kraken? Sound like fun!

Indeed.  The Screaming Vortex is explicitly linked to the Hadex Anomaly.  (Look up the Gates of Memory.)  So, it''s quite possible that there are other links between various… shall we call them ''places of interest''►

I just checked the book;  should have done that before my first post.  Okay, that particular small moon is named The Gates of Moment.  (I mis-remembered the name, sorry.  )  And yes, it is described in the Black Crusade core rules, page 339.

Cheers,
