Looking for group

Experienced GM of seven years of various RPG systems seeks reliable group to GM for or be part of.

Skeptic of Play-By-Post since they've never worked out for me. Flexible with hours right now, but mostly around on weekdays between 10:00 and 17:00, US Time.

I like creating scenarios for the players to immerse themselves in, but I'm looking to see what players want to do and where they want to go if they want to explore a certain part of the 40k cosmos.

If I were to be a part of a campaign, GM or Player, I would want to run the Broken Chains scenario first, as not only does it give the players a chance to learn to work together, it gives them a small ship of their very own with which to forge their destiny.

Happy to work with PCs out-of-session to create downtime scenarios and send PCs off on their own missions if they fit in with canon. Enjoys players who are good at roleplaying and want to participate in this manner of intrigue.

Never GM'd a campaign where a player make his character commit boredom-related suicide, though I've seen two people who have GM'd such.

I have pulled together good characters for a group before from this forum, so I'm hoping this place will be a good source again.

If you want to send a character sheet over, send it to kid_in_blue@hotmail.com. If you have one, include a background story, as Black Crusade is, after all, about accomplished heretics, and yours are no exception: Hence their getting captured in the first place! :)

Hey there,

Posting interest.  Are you looking then for an online game over a voice chat, or are you going to try a pbp?

Depending on the times and what not I should be good for either.  The weekend may be a bit better, especially during the morning to afternoon as I go to school.  I'll start working on a character now!

I'm looking to conduct this over MSN, as I'm not too comfortable doing it over voice. I'll accept other IM systems if it's more convenient, but I like MSN for the variety of coloured texts I can use for NPCs.

Not sure if you have or are interested in getting AIM, but AIM does have its own dice roller and I think you can still tinker with fonts, but I'm not that familiar with it.

That's a good point. I'll have to dust off my old AIM account.

Muwhahahahaha! I shall tempt my fates with your GM'ing once again. You already have my character sheet unless you want my to create a new character for this heretical adventure. I can do most any day during the week for those time but Tuesday and Friday would be my best days.

The nature of Fate makes it so either all actions are predeterminednone are. If it is the former then justice is a sham for all crimes were meant to happen. If it is the latter however it falls upon us all to take account for our actionshold others accountable for theirs.

Those who trust in Fate will fall to those who trust in themselves.

Character sheet sent!

!Heretek!

The good Doctor Kilatra should be able to repair your limbs or your armour, or even stitch them together!

The third option is free!

He's kind of weeny though so maybe someone can stand intimidating next to him.

When you say between 10:00 and 17:00 US time, what exact time zone do you mean? I may be available, depending on that.

If I remember right it should be Eastern Standard Time.

That sounds about right, Deimos. I live in PA, so that'll probably be EST. I've had one character received so far.

Yes, sorry about this. I've been busy switching computers, so now I'm fully operational again. Feel free to add me on MSN (consensus seems to be that the existing players don't use AIM) and we'll work a group together.
