Is the MH plug-in broken?

I recently updated the Toolkit to include Miskatonic Horror. So far, I have not been able to draw a single Cult encounter or a single Y'ha-nthlei encounter from the MH expansion. I am able to draw some MH cards, like cards for Dunwich Village and Marsh Refinery. Is there anyone out there who has been able to draw any MH Cult encounters or any MH Y'ha-nthlei encounters using the Toolkit?

My holy water is in my other pants.
