I've just updated my toolkit to include the Miskatonic Horror & Revised Dark Pharaoh sets!
Talk about a perfect birthday present for myself! 
Just run the update from the App Store.

I noticed that too, after a "watch for announcements" response from customer service last week I was thinking "hmm, sounds like a few weeks" and then "bam" it's here - though you still do have to buy expansions (I think the toolkit app is a unlock what's there program mostly).
