Is there a program, similar to Strange Eons, that one could use to create custom mansions content?

Hitchhiking in question, take the opportunity to ask the more experienced participants who have already made their own adventures, to develop a guide to how we can simulate the main components of the game. For example: what is the best material for making tiles?
Here in Vitoria - Espirito Santo - Brazil, I have trouble finding some of the ingredients to make my scenarios seem closer to what comes in the box with Mansions of Madness.
Amikezor has been a good friend and collaborated with valuable information. But I would like to expand that.
