 Hi!

To the experts… do you recommend me this game? I played Space Hulk Death Angel and loved it, and I heard this game is from the same guy… so is it worth it?

Thanks for you help ;)

I like it.

It is better as a 3-4 player game.

it's definately a lot of fun… the easiest way to learn is to play, and iv'e got my little gaming group (my wife, her friend, and boyfriend) really into it, and they've never heard of Blood Bowl before…

I love it. It's great fun!! It's the knd of game where anything can hapen or turn a round. I love the cheat tokens, where they can really give you the edge to win a matchup, or lose one!!!

It is a great game, it retains the flavour of bloodbowl teams for those that know the parental game, but requires no specific knowledge for those that do not. Thats a major plus in putting the game into a mix of BB novices and experienced players.

Do not try and compare it with Death Angel - they are two completely different games - and honestly apart from card play to act there's no major mechanism alike in the two games, and even the card play works very differently.

This plays as a decent 3-4player game, I prefer 4 player myself but three works very well. The game is not cooperative at all, and requires a great deal of strategic card play to achieve aims. Teams modify during gameplay as players are obtained and upgrades gathered - with a final aim of scoring the highest fan base,. Replayability is high, with a large number of matches in the random deck, the number of teams in the game and the cimbinations of those teams available between games and in opposition within one game. The Tournaments have only minor variation but enough given the variation around the rest of the game. I would like to see more of the random events made available but there's still significant variation there. So the game has the legs for multiple games.

With rugby, its not the winning that counts but the taking apart
