Combining Minis and the Standees

I saw a press release from Litko Game Accessories where they are making stands that combine the original standees and the minis which makes a beautiful stand for a invesigator. Not sure when they will release but cant wait! Here is the link

I have to say that I was not considering picking up the minis at all but stand makes it a bit tempting.

Has anyone tried these? It seems like they bend the tombstone a bit (at least not as much as the monster stands they make).
Does inserting and removing the tombstones scuff up the bottom?
