Hi,

I want to know what is the difference between the Dust Tactics and Dust Tactics: Revised Core Set, except for the more miniature?

Thank

The rules are slightly updated, but you can get the rules online anyway. The difference is in the components, both boxes come with different units, with the original box having more stuff. The revised set also comes with less dice, less ammo crates, less tank traps and flimsy paper poster maps, instead of the nice thick cardboard tiles.

As Loophole said.

The revised set is also cheaper.

The original set also has a copy of Dust Comic, Operation Blue Thunder scenario book and a quick reference sheet.

I have both sets, even though my original core set is in French, and I find that each has something to offer, the flimsy maps in the revised set are an issue though, you can always buy the map tile set, this also has the Blue Thunder book included.

A major difference is the points values between the two sets, again, easily remedied by buying the card update or finding the new points stats online.

If I were to choose between the two I would go for the original but good luck in finding one, a UK seller has one on eBay UK ending today, currently at £50.
