A tactical miniatures board game in the world of Dust
Quick and simple: do i need anything more to fully play the expansion or the scenarios are basex around the hero ans walker included?
I would like to get it but don't want to invest in a SSU army yet.

If you mean, can I play this game with just the Zverograd box and nothing else, then the answer is certainly NO. You need at the very least a Revised Core Set in order to use the Zverograd Campaign.
But you don't necessarily need any other SSU forces, as the campaign includes rules for the SSU hero and walker to be used by the axis or allies.

I already own the original core set and many expansions. I just want to know if this expansion worth it if you only buy that without any SSU army :)

No, you don't need an SSU army. One said can use the SSU hero and her walker in another army as an ally and play the scenarios with Axis or Allies.
