NEED HELP for CARD + BOARD based game.

Hello!
I've been working on card game project that is also a board game.
My card game is all about positioning / attacking and I use character cards that move about a field of squares (or hexagons). Kinda reminds me of a more complicated chess game.
I was wondering if anyone can shout out some names of games and maybe give a brief description of each game if you can that has a similar concept to this

using hexes in a strategy setting are like old Avalon Hill games like Blitzkreig or Panzer Blitz.
You have an interesting idea. I would put more brainstorming into the project.
THe best games create a new mechanic never thought of before, or share the game mechanics of multiple games that are all good.
