Information about the Event?

I have a couple of questions about the event:

Will there be a tournament? if so how many points per army?

I have heard rumors of a painting contest, are they true?

Any other detailed info would be great, hope to see you there.

I saw that the tournament is 3 games, 2000 pts. But that was the limit of the info.

Please post some more details for us!

In particular - Special characters allowed or not? Painting required? Scoring breakdown would be greatly appreciated (paint/battle/sports)

Yeah, I just got done running a 20 some WPS list for the past several months getting ready for Adepticon, so I am running one quite a bit closer to 0 this time around.
