Looking for a hotel

Hello,

I'm a Japanese gamer living in Tokyo. I'm planning to visit FFG Event Center on Aug 2nd, just before GenCon. And I'm looking for a hotel to stay before and after that, but I have no idea where to stay to visit there.

Does anyone have recommendation?
