I'm not sure sure I understand your question. If you used Google Translate, try to find a native English speaker to help.
There are no rare cards in LCGs. Everyone gets the same number of cards. Granted the Core Set comes with 1 copy of each and some people will play with 3 Core Sets (not me). But still the cards are not rare, they are classified as being "fixed". Just like the story cards in CoC's CCG days.

Hi ihmfeporsky,
Sorry but there are no rare cards in LCGs, perhaps you have a confusion with the scratch cards game, I think.
