Hi, All! The subject line says it all! I have the old Horus Heresy from GW. Is the new game the same game with upgrades bits? Thanks!!!

No, it has different game mechanics. Only parts of the game will be ike the old game.

It's the same story - the epic battle of the Horus Heresy, but I wouldn't expect anything other than the fluff to be similar. New mechanics, new bits, etc. It's already been established that combat is card-based instead of dice-based, for example.
