I regularly visit these forums, and the load times from topic to topic and page to page can get incredibly slow. Often times I will just give up and go do something else. This is not an isolated problem as I know other players that have the same issue.

I would have to agree that the Forums are slow or it hangs up and doesn't take you anywhere when you click on a link.

These forums are slow. That is a fact. Period

Not only thy are slow, but sometimes they evene fail to charge.

I was gone post a big long rant about how slow these formus are to load but i only had 10 min before i needed to go and this page loading took 9.5 of them….

Clicking "mark all as read" invevitably results in a multi-minute wait followed by an error.

Yeap. Ridiculously long load times is one of…well…several reasons why I don't frequent this forum more often.

Not to mention the quoting glitches and the false-unread errors that occur frequently.  This forum software basically sucks.

They are terribly slow for me today. Even worse than usual.

Last night this website was so bad that it took several minutes for a page to load, and the forums did not work at all. Even now at noon, the forums are very slow.

The entire website is ultra slow pretty much all the time.
I noticed that since my registration date in 2009.

I was just always too lazy to make noise about it since FFG always makes no noise either to us if we need help, info or whatever, so i stay quiet as well when i notice an error on their website.

The slowness of the forums generally dissuades me from doing more than visiting periodically to guess whether any of the threads marked as new actually contain posts I haven't read yet.

One time I tried to send someone a private message. The auto fill-in on the To: field took something like five minutes to populate.

I've been a member of dozens of forums, maybe over a hundred across the years.  I've never seen any forum software as bad as this, or even close.

They are very slow, the "unread messages" light gets stuck all the time, "mark all read" takes forever and often fails to complete, sending PM's is extremely cumbersome.  They're bad in pretty much every way.

FFG makes some great games, but they really need to move to some different forum software.   I expect that a lot of potential contributors to the forum communities get frustrated by how slow and clumsy things are and don't come back.

Hey, it's at its fastest ever today! It's not all bad! It only took 20 seconds to get the forum list, and each thread loaded in only 5 seconds! +1 for each thread you try to load simultaneously, of course. And don't press "mark read" or it goes back to normal performance. But other than that, the forums are in FANTASTIC shape! As long as you don't try fancy stuff like quoting or editing posts.

I'm starting to use this as the de facto issues thread since there doesn't seem to be one.

So today the forums were loading at their normal slow pace. Then I tried to load a page and it loaded just the search button and nothing else. I tried to refresh, but it did this several times.

Also, I was coming to this page to post this and all of the threads showed me as the author and Fantasy Flight Games as the last person to reply in the thread.
