Pen & Paper tracking instead of chits

I'm probably going to use pen & paper to track stuff like fatigue, stress, & initiative. It's just personal preference. I'll share my experiences as I go.

I am likely to track Initiative and NPC related stuff this way and leave the components for the PCs.
