After several months (4 or 5 IIRC) tonight Runewars will see some natural light.  Bought Banners a couple weeks after it was out and never played with it.

Tonight is gonna be legendary at the very least.  We're gonna be 3 (we were supposed to be 4 but one won't make it...damn babies ) and we'll play with the following Variants: Exploration Tokens, Development Cards and Commanders of the battlefield.

I'm debating if i'll add the Rise of the free cities variant though even if it look really fun, don't want to drag the game on a week day lol.

For those who played with the Free cities variant, having to control a 7th rune, how much time does it add?

I'm so excited...4th game only in 8 months since I bought the base game, it's pathetic I know but my gaming friends are all starting to reproduce dammit!!!! heheh.

Anyways i'm looking forward for tonight, never been so excited about a gaming night as I am with this one.  Runewars deserves table time but i'm not giving it enough.  I can hear it crying at night, calling for me to just open the box and let it breath fresh air...

Yep, I live in Quebec city.  Not for long thought, since I'll move to Baie-Comeau at the end of the month.  I'm a big fan of Runewars (got the Banners of War last weekend) and Battlelore.

I have a Runewars game planned for Saturday night and I'll try to play it again before I leave during the month.  If you need players, I'm interested to join and maybe I could bring a friend too.

The problem for me is the weekends it's almost impossible for me to play.  It must be done on week nights.  If it's out of the order for you I can understand.

Next week will be difficult for me, but I'll check if I can squeeze it somewhere.
