Hi there,
I got a question about Throne of ice winter season card from the expansion.Card says to perform an influence bid and the highest bidder must place 1 dragon rune and 3 cryomancy tokens in a single non home realm area.
My question is why do I have to put 3 cryomancy tokens in one area instead of one? Why is necessary to put all 3 of them in just one area?Can anybody explain this to me?

It basically makes it take the area 3 years to thaw out, since you only remove one Cryomancy token per year.

Thanks Sigma,I found my answer in rulebook,I was overlooked it when I first time read the rules from expansion.Any way thanks for the post.
Another question came up about development cards.The rules says that you can purchase development card when you resolving harvest supremacy bonus,but I don`t know is this limited to just one card during whole game or you can purchase development cards any time you resolving harvest supremacy bonus?

You can purchase one Development card each time you use the Harvest secondary.
