NOOB question: How do you "raze" a city?

There are currently only two ways:
- There is a Tactics card that lets you do it, if you control the area it's in (useful if you took an enemy city, but don't think you can hold it long, or if you want to build a Stronghold there).
- The "Fires of Heaven" Summer season card; whoever wins chooses a city to destroy it.
If you are asking what "raze" means (understandable, especially if English isn't your first language): Essentially, it means to burn something to the ground, leave nothing left.
